CAPSS was established in 2001 as an autonomous defence research and analysis body for research and focused analyses on issues related to national security, defence, and aerospace issues in the evolving strategic and international security environment.
Mr Prahlad Kumar Singh
Research Associate
Prahlad Kumar Singh is a Research Associate at the Centre for Aerospace Power and Strategic Studies (CAPSS). He is currently pursuing a PhD at the Centre for East Asian Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi. Prahlad holds an M.Phil. from the Department of Political Science at the University of Delhi and a Master’s degree in Politics with a specialisation in International Relations from JNU. He also completed a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Political Science.
His research interests include International Relations, Civil-Military Relations in China, and Chinese military modernisation. At CAPSS, he is currently engaged in a project titled “China’s Nuclear Modernisation: Trends and Implications.”
