Mr Kartikeya Sethi
Visiting Fellow
Kartikeya Sethi is the Founder of Vel Atomics and holds a B.Tech from Delhi Technological University and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence. At Vel Atomics, his work is focused on hypersonic systems, mission autonomy, low-latency aerospace applications, guidance and control, platform integration, and systems engineering. A select technical area of the company’s work also extends to radioisotope applications and allied computational approaches for select radioactive isotope systems. His broader technical skill set includes high-performance computing, platform-level systems integration, mission-system architectures, and focused work across data links and select electronic warfare subfields. He also maintains a strong interest in high-fidelity simulations and aerospace platform studies, particularly around modern combat aircraft and unmanned systems. Outside his professional work, he spends time at the shooting range, reflecting his long-standing interest in precision, discipline, and applied performance.
